First Step is to Schedule an Appointment
Once you’ve contacted us, we gather as much information about your vision as possible. We will schedule an appointment to meet with you at the site of the project. We will bring our portfolio and sample finishes based on the type of project. At that time, we will also take measurements and photos.
We recommend that all decision makers (spouse, interior designer) be present at the consultation. Often someone will say they don’t care which finish is selected, however it is our experience that this is not always the case.
We will discuss colors, textures, design, and budget requirements. By the conclusion of the appointment, you and our artist will have a clear idea of the finish, colors and overall project look desired.
A proposal will be provided to you within a week of our meeting. Subsequent consultations prior to a contract will be charged at an hourly rate that is non-refundable.
Once the contract is signed and a deposit received, BrushStrokes will schedule the work directly with you. We may provide site specific samples prior to the start date. Samples are always the property of BrushStrokes.
Start Date – All hard surface floors are completely covered with rosin paper securely taped or covered with drop cloths. Carpeted floors are completely covered with a thick polyurethane sheeting and secured.
Upon completion of the job, BrushStrokes will remove all leftover materials and coverings. The job site will be cleaned. Final payment is due on the day of completion.
